What past work experience/learned skill sets do you have that will assist in your role as a Home Performance Advisor?

I've been involved in nearly every facet of residential construction, including as a project manager at Reico Kitchen & Bath. These skills have helped me learn how to clearly communicate expectations and accurately plan and manage different phases of projects for maximum efficiency.

Do you have any special training, certifications, licenses, or degrees?

I have an Associate's Degree of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting and Design, and I'm a member of the National Technical Honor Society.

What about your role as a Home Advisor are you most excited about?

I'm excited to expand my skillset and personal growth while genuinely helping people find a solution to their issues with their homes.

What activities do you feel your day-to-day position will include?

Physically crawling, walking, and climbing to thoroughly inspect customers' circumstances. Mentally completing inspections and evaluations to find the best solutions to said circumstances. Mentally staying positive and actively listening and conversing with homeowners. I continue to dedicate myself to learning my position, as well as learning to be more kind, empathetic, and forgiving of others. I strive to be better today than I was yesterday.

Is there anything you'd like to share with homeowners to introduce yourself before you arrive at their home?

I was a Boy Scout, and I truly believe in "leaving things in better shape than you found them." I am a man of faith and believe in a life of servitude.
