This experience has given Dan an invaluable understanding of how homes and buildings are constructed and how they operate as interconnected systems. Dan specializes in working with Real Estate Professionals as part of our dedicated Real Estate Response Team, helping agents and clients swiftly address issues to reach the closing table faster. In his advisory role, he takes great pride in working with families to find lasting solutions that make their homes more comfortable and healthy. In his free time, Dan is an avid painter and drawer who loves spending time with family, friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
