I really appreciate Mike's annual service yesterday at my home. He found my humidifier not to be working and replaced it with a new one that has a 5-year warranty. The old one was put in 3-4 years ago from a "bad batch" (by serial number). I most appreciate his honesty. Another company might not have been so forthcoming and waited until I called and said the hygrometer numbers were high. THANK YOU, MIKE! I'm very appreciative!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for the recent service of our dehumidifier. The technician, Alex, did a fantastic job! He communicated well, he was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was also very thorough with our annual maintenance. He left us detailed notes of everything he did and everything we needed to do to ensure our equipment performed as intended. The sales process for encapsulating our crawl space was easy and very informative. The installation process and quality of work were top-shelf! The salesman was very good. Very informative throughout the process and helpful. The crew was very good. They pretty much stayed in the crawl and attic where they were working and let us know if they had any questions. They were polite and friendly.
