Benoit brings solid experience in customer service management to his role as a system design specialist at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. With a commercial management degree from V.A.G. Industriel Alliance, he has mastered the art of understanding customer needs and offering them tailored, sustainable solutions.

Within the company, Benoit stands out for his attentive listening skills, professionalism, and constant commitment to providing rigorous service. He works with each homeowner with the goal of effectively solving basement, crawl space, or foundation problems, while establishing a relationship of trust based on transparency and respect.

Systèmes Sous-sol Québec is also the dealer of Supportworks Inc., a foundation repair contractor network across the United States and Canada, helping residential and commercial property owners fix their failing foundations.

Outside of work, Benoit maintains an active lifestyle. He enjoys wakesurfing, golf, skiing, and swimming, and also appreciates reading, cinema, and outdoor activities.
