Lana serves as our Director of People Strategy and Talent, bringing exceptional leadership in inspiring teams to perform at their highest level. With a deep commitment to cultivating a strong, engaged, and values-driven workforce, she plays a vital role in shaping a unified and high-performing team culture. Her work is fundamental to our growth, as our people are the most important driver of Systèmes Sous-sol Québec’s success.
Lana’s background spans both international and domestic markets, where she previously held roles as Director of Operations and Team Culture Leader. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to identify high-potential talent, support them through effective training and onboarding, and guide them toward remarkable performance outcomes. Her academic foundation—a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources—combined with advanced certifications such as Scrum and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, positions her as a strategic and forward-thinking leader.
