This system also has a backup battery that will kick in if the power goes out. Since the installation, the homeowner's basement has stayed dry and healthy!

A Staten Island, NY homeowner found their concrete driveway was sinking a few inches. They came across the Facebook page of Quality 1st Basement Systems and decided to contact them for an estimate. System Design Specialist, Joe D., provided a thorough inspection of the concrete and recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best solution. Our crew used a polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete back to its original height. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other concrete issues around their home. 

This Fair Lawn, NJ home had a leaking basement. The water was coming in through the walls as well as the floor joints. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed BrightWall on the basement to stop the water from seeping in through the concrete. A TripleSafe battery backup sump pump was installed to pump the water from the WaterGuard basement drain system out of the basement.

This Fair Lawn homeowner needed their old basement windows replaced. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed EverLast basement windows, which have heavy-duty vinyl frames. Old basement windows may cause drafts, but the EverLast windows stand up to harsh weather and have no air leaks.  Jeff, our Concrete Repair Specialists, provided the homeowner with an estimate to lift, level & seal the area. Iian, our PolyLevel Foreman and his team were able to raise the slabs back to level. First the crew did a full walk through to make sure nothing was in the surrounding area that could delay or effect the installation. Once the area was clear, the crew began installing the polyurethane foam. Small holes were drilling into each sinking slab. PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab to fill the small void below. PolyLevel expands underneath, raising the heavy slab. When the slab is raised and no additional foam is needed, it begins to harden for permanent stabilization.
