What made you choose our company:
I purchased this home - only saw pictures - and moved to KS from VA. Upon being here for only a week and a half - the sewer backed up as well as a emergency egress window had been installed by the previous owners. With a week of rain non stop - this window - took in water everywhere inside. I was distraught! Thrasher's had done some leveling foundation work prior to this purchase which was under warranty. So I called in hopes to find out what to do - even though the work was not done by them. Quick response with a appointment to survey the issue and schedule the resolution!
