Our Overall Service
2 crews arrived for my repairs. One for cement the other foundation jacking. Both crews were very easy to work with, answered any and all questions, and cleaned up after completion of their jobs.
Call Representative
Maureen is Wonderful! She was able to take over for the original salesman (no longer with the company) without missing a beat. She answered any and all questions, was extremely quick with responses to requests for followup documents, and was as friendly and polite as any one could ask for! As I said, Just Wonderful!
Sales Process
My original salesman was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to make the most economical choices for my repair needs.
My #4 rating is due to the lack of communications after his departure. The followup questions I had sent to him were not being answered. Problem solved once I got in contact with Maureen.
Our Installation Crew
Excellent! Their work was great. Both crews spent the time required to do the job correctly, yet were quick and efficient in their tasks! Always willing to answer questions along the way, never acting like I was being an inconvenience to them at anytime. Great job guys!!
The Cleanup Process
Overall cleanup efforts were good. I did have to do a little sweeping to get the last grains of sand swept up, but nothing unexpected. The caulking required a 24 hours curing time before I could hose down all concrete areas. Something to be aware of when doing the cement patching.
What type of work did you have done:
Crawl space foundation lifting jacks, Poly foam leveling and caulking of laundry slab, large walkway along house, front porch, driveway and sidewalk area.
