I want to say how wonderful Dan Kelly is. We had some water in our basement after our system was installed--that can make people grumpy, me included. However, Dan came over and was such a professional. He was very thorough in the investigation and we worked out what was happening. I was smiling by the time he left because of his wonderful demeanor and exceptional customer service. I truly appreciate his time and commitment to helping us. Thanks Dan!
