What made you choose our company:

I received initial project bids from four companies. All wanted to do the same basic repairs and all were similarly priced. The only reason I did not go with Thrasher initially was because I wanted to use a local company. After many weeks trying to get the local company to give me a FIRM estimate and schedule the work, I decided enough was enough and called Thrasher a second time. They were extremely responsive and professional. Sheldon had a detailed two part repair quote ready in only a couple of days and we got part one scheduled for three months later. We could have done it quicker, but I needed the time to prepare for the work and it was winter, after all. Chase and his crew arrived promptly and barely slowed down until the job was complete. Chase happily answered my MANY questions and made sure I completely understood. We had multiple conversations about each step in the repair process and he was completely forthcoming about what he could and could not do. I am completely satisfied with the work and the way they left the work area and I will be asking for Chase and his team to return for the second half of the repair in 2023.
