I'd done some homework on the company before I called. I've been impressed with the technology they use and felt it to be a very good match for the work I needed to have done.
Knowledgable and precise are the words that come to mind. They knew what to ask to get the most accurate overview of what I needed.
Clint knew the issues I faced, and had the answers ready for every question I asked. We went over the project step by step so I could get a clearer picture of how things would be done and how well thrasher would meet my expectations.
Prompt, professional and thorough. Everything they did made the project that much better. I was most impressed by the attention to detail. It was as though they were working on their own home.
The best kind of workmanship is when the work is done and it looks like it's always been that way. My driveway looks fantastic, and it also looks like it's always been that way - everything flows and matches just as it should. There aren't telltale signs that recent work has been done. It's so organic that you'd think it's always been this way. THAT is the hallmark of a craftsman - being able to blend and match new work to the environment in such a way that it appears to have been that way all along.
