Several companies gave me estimates and information before I chose Thrasher. Their estimate was the highest but their warranty is by far better than any other company, and their staff was much more helpful than any other company. It has not rained since they were here yesterday for the repairs, but I have confidence in Thrasher.
Laurie was very nice and always found the correct rep immediately with any questions I had.
Miles and Kevin were extremely knowledgeable. I was a little concerned about working with a KC company because I live in Topeka, but that was never a problem. Miles was here exactly when he was scheduled to be here and answered all my questions
The installation crew were incredible. They were very professional and could not have been more respectable. Eric explained everything they would be doing. The whole crew worked in unbearable heat one day, yet they never complained and stayed until the outdoor work was done. The next day, again they stayed until they were certain all the work was completed. Their fun personalities made the ordeal pleasant rather painful. They were the greatest installation crew I have had at my house.
Eric and his crew left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. lol
