I was looking for a solution to my wet basement problem.  After seeing Northland Basement System's Ad on TV-6, I contacted their office to set up an appointment.  Dennis, my system design specialist, was very knowledgeable.  The installation crew arrived as scheduled and were all very courteous.  My basement was cleaner after they left, than it was when they arrived. 

The office staff was excellent, and Dennis did a very good job at explaining benefits of the product. The crew was courteous and we are satisfied with the cleanup. We are very happy the house smells better, and it is nice knowing that we are not breathing in nasty odors. Makes for a healthier home!

Northland Basement Systems has a nice ad on the internet and i appreciated their prompt response to my inquiry.  The office staff as well as the installation crew were friendly and polite and i am pleased with the outcome of my garage apron/sidewalk PolyLevel project.  I suggest your company advertising more in the WI area.  Just advertise and you'll get people responding.
