Had a visit for an estimate by Rich Miles. He was thorough and answered each of my questions completely. On one issue he wasn't sure if they could help but is going to check. If they can't do it he told me he would have referrals for me. Very professional but best of all, VERY HONEST! Not once did he try to upsell me. In fact he relieved a couple of my concerns by suggesting I wait rather than spend money needlessly. All of this guarantees I will gladly use this company in the future and recommend them to others.
