Sophia D.

When Sophia joined the TC Hafford team she brought a whole lot of experience and ambition with her! She previously worked as a receptionist for the YMCA and has a knack for staying friendly and calm while fielding calls, and sometimes even emergencies, like when a homeowner has water coming into their basement. Sophia loves interacting with people and getting to be that first person to greet and transfer calls as needed.  When she is not busy on the phone, she loves spending quality time with her friends and family.
