Kathleen joins the TC Hafford team with over 15 years experience building high performing teams and leading professional development initiatives. Her career has been dedicated to making learning accessible for all, and she is excited to support the growth of our team. She has a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, a Communications Certificate from eCornell, and has also attended graduate classes through Capella University for Adult Education.
Kathleen's day to day role involves a blend of delivering trainings, identifying gaps, managing our learning life cycle, and coaching staff. She loves people and being surrounded by a team that cares about one another and the families we serve.
When Kathleen is not coaching our team, she loves taking advantage of the beauty in Maine by walking the beach and hiking. She also loves to read, and spends time with her husband exploring backroads in their vintage car.
