Kathleen J.

Coming from a background in office administration, Kathy came to TC Hafford Basement Systems with the knowledge and experience necessary to excel in the Service Department. She acts as a point of contact, a troubleshooter, and a scheduler. She is Green University certified, and customer service has been an integral part of her career for over 30 years.

Kathy stays busy in the Service Department, so when she has time off she likes to take it easy, whether it's being outdoors, reading, or listening to music.
