Our Overall Service
Brian Lopez was friendly. He answered all our questions and explained exactly what they were doing. Since our house is on a hill, over the iears we have experienced severe erosion on the west side facing Iowa. I had asked if this repair would close the crack. Brian stated he couldn't say yes or no. Which I found to be an honest answer. However, after a week, we saw the the crack did, in fact close. The caulk that was covering the crack is now "bulging out". We couldn't be happier with the results. The team worked well together and we are pleased with the work performed. Thank you Midwest Basement Systems.
Sales Process
Andrew was here and he gave an excellent presentation. The quote was spot on. Due to his explanation, we felt good about accepting the quote and that our foundation issue would be addressed.
