Kyle McCarty was out to our home yesterday to do our annual maintenance. I just wanted to let you know what a nice guy he is. He explained everything as he did it. He also called before he came, and arrived when he said he would. Having MidAmerica Basement Systems waterproof our basement last year was the best thing we ever did!
