See my comment below. Oscar Munoz was a very good leader and his leadership style made for a true "team" atmosphere. Everyone pulled their weight on the job site. This crew did extremely hard labor on my basement project and they made it look easy. It's Not Easy! I am thankful they are willing to do what they do.

I chose MidAmerica Basement System because you have a great reputation for quality work and customer service. You also offered a real solution to my basement water issue not just a "patch" to get by with. I appreciate the years of research and experience that have gone into the creation of the Complete Water Control System. My crew leader, Oscar Munoz, was great to work with. He was very competent and knowledgeable about all aspects of the complete water control system that was installed in my home in Clinton, Ia. He always had time to answer my questions. I was impressed with Oscar's leadership on the job site and how he carried out the role of crew leader/project manager. He worked just as hard as has crew, he was good at multitasking and thinking ahead to keep everyone on task, and he was always watching to make sure everyone's work was of high quality. He never cut corners and his team respected him. It was a pleasure to get to know him and the crew. When they were on the job site they worked very hard doing extremely hard work. The crew was friendly, personable, respectful, and clearly wanted to do a good job. I would have them back again. I trust the work that they did in my home. Respectfully, Amy Madsen-Smith
