Big disconnect between sales rep and crew which delayed work start time by 4 hours & would have delayed work by 2 months if not resolved.

Bryan did a great job in the representation but work crew couldn't start work upon arrival until some discrepancies were resolved (took 4 hours).

Oscar did a great job in resolving discrepancies and leading crew. Outside work for sump pump not the 13" & will need to be redone. Prep for pipe could have been done better so sod could have just been replaced. An outside step was broken but my son will fix.

The delay in starting work lead to a long second day with bad weather which caused more mess thus I said I would rather do some of it after the wet mud had dried (inside, garage, driveway, & yard).
