Our Overall Service

It took several months between the time we signed up for the job and the date the crew finally arrived to do the work. This was not a big deal for us as we did not have a serious problem. But if someone was in need of quick service this could have been frustrating.

Sales Process

The salesperson was a fine guy, but I think the sales presentation (that I think they are required to give) takes too long and the marketing materials are a bit over the top. Feels a bit high pressure.

Our Installation Crew

Justin Kahl and his crew of one showed up on a Friday about 10:00 in the morning. My first reaction was "only two of you?" I think they normally send a crew of 3 but some other crew was short handed and borrowed the number three guy. I asked if they would be able to do the job in one day. They said that was their plan. At 4:00 in the afternoon the jackhammer was still going. I thought there was no way they would finish. But they kept working until 9:00 on a Friday night to get the job done! I was impressed with how hard they worked (I never saw them take a break) an that they stuck it out to the end.

The Cleanup Process

They left the house in pretty good shape. It is difficult to control the dust, so yes we do have some clean up after they left, but overall it was not bad.

What made you choose our company:

I had worked with MABS before on my in-law's basement and was pleased with the result.
