Job review from Michael in Shorewood, IL 60404 on 02/14/26

First I wanna say that Danny and his crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me with this repair. Approximately 2-3 years ago Savage replaced my roof and I've had no issues until we had a torrential downpour in January 2026 where we got 2 inches of rain in 24 hours. I noticed water coming down one of my interior walls of the addition on my home.. I called Savage and they immediately sent someone out to do a temporary repair. At this point it was determined that the cause of my leak had NOTHING TO DO WITH my new roof. It was caused by faulty construction of my addition where the windows on the old part of my house butted right up next to the roof line of the addition which is a big no no!! I've never even noticed it before but now it is clear as day. So Danny came up with a gameplan to do a more permanent repair. Then we scheduled for a day to have them come back out for a more permanent repair. Unfortunately, we were hit with snow and subzero temps so it had to wait until today, about a month later. Even though the cause of my leak was no fault of Savage Roofing they took care of me and fixed it!! Now that is superb customer service!! Great company to work with and I highly recommend them to everyone.
