Charlotte Farmer

In 2023, I transitioned from private practice as a licensed family therapist to join my father’s business full-time. Today, as Head of Customer Service, I draw heavily on my clinical background in active listening, empathy, and problem-solving to ensure every customer receives an exceptional, end-to-end experience. I am deeply dedicated to empowering our team and maintaining the highest standard of service for the community we serve.

Outside of work, I am happiest supporting my daughters’ passions for music and dance, which keeps our family schedule happily centered around rehearsals and performances. At home, life is kept wonderfully lively by our four dogs and two cats.
